Step 1 Sort out your Sea Anemone looking shapes. Pick a variety of colors for a bright collage! Each pack of Glitter flowers is different, so make sure you get a pack with "anemone-looking" shapes!
Step 2 Cut your piece of felt in half curving your lines to make little sand hills along the way. One piece of felt will make 2 sandy beaches. Glue your "sand" to the bottom of the black construction paper.
Step 3 Stick your anemone's all along the base of the reef. Put some down below, and some up above and remember to use lots of colors. Use your pastels to begin drawing in some coral. Look at the pictures in your book for examples.
Step 4 Look at all the amazing creatures that inhabit a coral reef. Use your pastels to draw vibrant pictures of your favorites.

Add a few circles for bubbles and finished, be sure an hang it up, it's quite beautiful!
