These Origami Paper Picture Frames are Super Easy to make, and are
very inexpensive.  They are a fantastic way for children to display the
different Japanese art forms they've already learned about!
Step 1
Pick a ribbon for the edge of your
frame.  You want it to be just a tad
Step 2
Using your decoupage glue, paint a
layer onto the frame about the size
of your first paper.
Step 3
Place your paper over the glue, doing your
best to line up the bottom of the paper with
about the edges yet, allow them to overlap.
Step 5
Glue the extra paper that is hanging over the
edge to the side of the frame.  Don't worry if
they're not equal, just get them stuck down,
an we'll cover them up with ribbon.
Step 4
Add another layer of glue on top of the
paper you just laid down.
After your first paper is secure, add your
second paper next to it, following the same
your third and forth paper to the frame as
well.
Step 7
Once you've got all your paper attached, go
around the corner and make sure they are
secure.  Fold them so that they lay flat on
one side of the frame.
Step 8
Start adding your ribbon along the side of
the frame.  Put a layer of glue down first,
then glue over the top, just like with the
paper.  If your ribbon is thinner then the
Step 10
Once you've got your ribbon all the way
around, just cut it off and seal with a layer of
glue.
Set your frame to dry, and test it out with
your favorite artwork.
