O V E R
I totally get tricked every year into thinking,
THIS cheese ball will be the one.
If I see the words: Bacon, Peper-jack, Motzerella, Wine or Olive…..
I’m a gonner. it’s going in the cart, and I’m out $5 bucks for something that tastes like cheese in a can with toasted almonds.
I feel like such a well, …….Cheeseball
Okay, it’s really not a total waste of money….I’ve got a four year old little boy who’d slurp in down in 10 minutes flat if I let him.
Anyway, this year I’m going to finally get out of this Cheeseball slum and these are the little fella’s that are gonna help me:

Look how pretty….

……and tasty too! I snuck in a few bites before I rolled them up! (wish I would have made two!)
Here’s the Recipe:
Feta Cheese Log With Kalamata Olives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Totally simple and totally worth it. Here are a couple more that might be gracing our Christmas table this year.
Anyone else have a delicious Cheese Log recipe to share? I’ve got a zillion packs of Cream Cheese left!

So if I bring the crackers, can I come over?!!! LOL!!! J/K. Yummers!!
My husband made one using 2 pks cream cheese, 2 and 1/2 cups
of cheddar cheese 1 pk of ranch dip mix, chopped green onion (not
sure how much he used), and chopped cooked bacon. He made 3
small balls out of this recipe and he rolled them in chopped pecans.
The one we kept didn’t stay around long, we plan to make more!
My mouth is watering! I was just given a “cheeseball” gift this weekend as part of a food exchange. I tasted one at the party and the one I was given will be served Christmas day. I say cheeseball loosley because these are so versatile that you can make lots of things. The one I recieved was a Cookies-n-cream cookie and fruit spread. The company is called Wind and Willow, like the book. I am not a paid spokesperson and have not tried more than two of their products, but boy were those two good!!!
